Where a booking includes minors, limited information may be provided by parents/guardians solely for reservation purposes.

Travel Tour Is Fun Privacy Control (TTIFPC): If you visit with a supported browser that sends a TTIFPC signal from your device, we will treat it as a request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” or targeted advertising for that browser/device (and, where we can reasonably link it, to your account). We do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

Verification & authorized agents: We may request information to verify your identity and, where permitted, accept requests from authorized agents upon proof of authorization and identity verification.

You can exercise rights where indicated on the Services or by contacting us (see “Contact Us”). We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may have the right to appeal a decision by contacting us again (see “Complaints & Appeals”).

 

10) International Transfers

We may transfer, store, and process personal information outside your country (including the U.S.) where data protection laws may differ. For transfers from the EEA/UK to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or UK equivalents).

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy, security, or content. Your use of those sites is subject to their policies. Information you post publicly, including via social media features, may be visible to others.

 

12) Relationship with Partners and Operators

To provide and improve the Services, certain features are jointly enabled with our booking technology providers, partners, and excursion operators. Information you submit through the Services will be shared with relevant partners and operators (which may be in other countries) to fulfill and enhance your reservations and related services. Where a partner determines the purposes and means of processing for its own services, that partner is a separate data controller/“business” and will process your information under its own privacy notice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post updates on this page, revise the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice if required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update signifies acceptance.
